LIFE RECRUITING PRIVACY NOTICE
Life Recruiting Seleção Técnica de Profissionais Ltda. (“Life Recruiting”) recognizes the importance of privacy for all Personal Data Subjects who may have their Personal Data processed (“You”).
This Privacy Notice describes how Life Recruiting collects and uses your Personal Data, and enables you to be aware of how and for what purposes Life Recruiting may use your Personal Data. This Privacy Notice also informs you of your rights with regard to the protection of Personal Data, in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 13.709/18, the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
1 WHOSE DATA IS PROCESSED BY LIFE?
- Clients – representatives of clients who hire Life Recruiting’s services and solutions for professional recruitment consultancy focused on the Life Sciences market;
- Candidates or former candidates who participate in the recruitment and selection processes intermediated by Life Recruiting and promoted by Clients who hire Life Recruiting – here we include potential candidates, that is, people who fit the professional profile of vacancies developed by Life Recruiting in business segments for companies in the Healthcare segment;
- Website visitors navigating the Life Recruiting virtual environment;
- Group of people who fit the professional profile object of the activities carried out by Life Recruiting, that is, middle and top management positions in the business area for companies in the Healthcare segment.
2 WHAT DATA IS COLLECTED?
Contacts – such as your name, email address, phone number.
Professional Information – such as your current position, company you work or worked for, professional history, professional training, specializations.
Curriculum – information that may appear on the candidates’ curriculum, such as education level, academic background and professional experience, languages, full name, CPF, address, telephone, age, gender, etc.
In addition to this data, Life Recruiting may collect data considered sensitive, such as whether the candidate is a person with a disability, if this is a requirement of the vacancy informed by the Life Recruiting client.
3 HOW WILL LIFE RECRUITING USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Life Recruiting will use your Personal Data according to the typical situations listed below, according to the holder, always remembering that if you choose not to provide your Personal Data, Life Recruiting will not be able to serve these purposes:

4 PERSONAL DATA RETENTION PERIOD
Personal Data for the aforementioned purposes will be kept in accordance with the principles of purpose, adequacy and necessity and, in any case, Life Recruiting will retain your Personal Data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes that justified its Treatment, that is, for the time remain in the candidate’s interest.
For a better understanding, your data will be stored by Life Recruiting for an indefinite period so that we can identify future opportunities that adhere to your professional profile, at which time we will resume contact.
In any case, at any time that it is no longer in your interest to keep your data stored with Life Recruiting, simply request its deletion via email at contato@blasquezdafonte.com.
5 PERSONAL DATA SHARING
Personal Data collected by Life Recruiting may be shared with our clients as part of the selection process in which you may participate.
In addition, like any other company, Life Recruiting relies on service providers to manage and support certain aspects of its operations. These service providers may be located in Brazil or other countries and may provide services such as data hosting, IT and cloud computing, among other activities. Our service providers are contractually obligated to adequately safeguard any Personal Data they receive from Life Recruiting and are prohibited from using Personal Data for any purpose other than performing the services for which they are responsible as instructed by Life Recruiting.
Life Recruiting may also share Personal Data when it believes in good faith that it has an obligation to: (i) comply with a law, regulation or court order; (ii) respond to requests for information made by the regulatory body, police authority and other public authorities, including in cases related to national security; (iii) enforce and/or protect the property or rights of Life Recruiting or others.
6 PERSONAL DATA COLLETED BY COOKIES.

Personal Data will be processed essentially in Brazil and may be stored on servers located in Brazil, the European Union or the USA.
In case of transfer of data to third countries, Life Recruiting will adopt the measures established by the applicable legislation to ensure that Personal Data is adequately protected.
8 SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA
Life Recruiting adopts the usual procedures and standards for physical, electronic and managerial security in an effort to protect your Personal Data from unauthorized access and disclosure, as well as to prevent nuisance or unwanted communication (spam). However, please be aware that no company, including Life Recruiting, can fully eliminate the security risks associated with the processing of Personal Data.
9 YOUR RIGHTS UNDER DATA PROTECTION LAWS
As the Holder of Personal Data processed by Life Recruiting, you have the right to obtain, at any time and upon request, the following rights set forth in articles 17 to 22 of the LGPD:
- Confirm the existence of processing activities for your Personal Data;
- Request access to your Personal Data, through a full copy of the information we have about you, the source of how it was obtained and the respective treatment;
- Request correction or update of your Personal Data, if you verify that they are incomplete, incorrect or out of date;
- If you consider that your Personal Data used by Life Recruiting is excessive for us to achieve the purposes or Life Recruiting is not observing what the LGPD determines, you can request the anonymization, blocking or deletion of this data; and
- Request information from public or private entities with which Life Recruiting may have shared your data. Request the deletion of data processed with the User’s consent;
- Inform yourself about the possibility of not giving your consent, as well as being informed about the consequences, in case of refusal; and,
- Revocation of the consent provided for certain processing activity of your Personal Data.
It is important that Life Recruiting keeps your Personal Data accurate and up to date. Therefore, we recommend that you keep Life Recruiting informed if your Personal Data changes during your selection process – not least because Life Recruiting may need to request specific information from you to confirm your identity and guarantee your right to access your Personal Data (or to exercise any of your other rights); this is another appropriate security measure to ensure that Personal Data is not disclosed to anyone who is not entitled to receive it.
